John from Handy’s was fantastic! He was professional and arrived at my car within 30 minutes. He really took his time to assess the situation and helped me navigate what the problem was instead of making me feel rushed. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. I really appreciated the great service and would highly recommend!!

Had battery issues & via geico roadside app Handys was dispatched. Showed up 40xminutes earlier than expected. Got car running with a jump start. The fact he showed up so quickly for car running and suggested how we proceed to avoid higher costs/rates was greatly appreciated. Not from Burlington however Handys is a reputable , honest and professional operation Please feel safe and confident using them, will not steer you wrong (pun intended)

Tom towed my vehicle to safe place where I could initiate the repair needed. He was showed up within minutes of my service request and made sure he got my Jeep to where I needed it safely. He was very professional and understood my needs. Thanks Tom. You are great and should be recognized.

I had a great experience working with this towing company. Howard was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful from the moment I called. They answered all my questions, kept me updated on the driver’s arrival time, and made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Excellent communication, great customer service, and a genuinely caring attitude. His ability to de-escalate a stressful situation made a big difference and helped everyone feel more at ease. He was respectful, patient, and provided outstanding customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs reliable towing assistance.

This place has an awesome team ready to help you get back on the road when fabulous Vermont roads destroy your wheels. A special salute to Tom my tow truck driver, a real salt of the earth kinda guy, he was extremely helpful in assisting me while stuck in Burlington for 2 days until the garage opened on Monday. And thank you again Jimmy! You're one heck of a mechanic, fast, efficient & clearly knowledgeable. To all the other guys I got to meet over the weekend, take good care of yourselves, your services are invaluable.
